Matt's Bio
I am a life-long Wichitian and have worked in the advertising and business service industries since my graduation from the University of Kansas. I earned my Realtor designation in 2008 and have been working with both residential and commercial clients to buy and sell their properties. As a real estate investor and property manager myself, I have a wide range of experiences that I am happy to share with my clients.
While each situation is unique, I realize that these are not just transactions but major life decisions for each person involved and it is my job to provide the expertise and guidance to make this process as smooth as possible.
I joined Collins & Associates in early 2018 to take advantage of the unique opportunity this agency offers. Melanie Collins is a broker that has worked with clients of all sizes from property investors to first time home buyers. Her “real world” experience is invaluable and her support is appreciated as I continue to grow my business.
I was awarded the Multi-million Dollar Producer Award in 2019, 2020 and 2021 as well as the Top Overall Sales Producer for the Agency in 2020 and 2021.
As a member of the Realtors of South Central Kansas, I earned the 2020 President’s Club Award and achieved Master’s Circle designation in 2021 with a 100% increase in both units and volume sold.
While the recognitions are nice, the most fulfilling aspect of my career choice is the number of friends I gain year after year. I appreciate the repeat business and referrals that come from past clients and I look forward to helping new clients make their dreams come true.
